Tasting notes. Mid straw-gold colour. Clean, light floral aroma of dessert apples. Dry, round and creamy on the palate with medium fullness. Good acid balance, pleasant soft tannins and elegant, long finish. A highly versatile partner for all kinds of food, for example charcuterie, sweet & spicy, and a variety of cheeses.

Tasting notes. Pale blush in color, the apples and added blackberry juice define a sweetish palate with a good acidic balance giving way to a long soft fruit finish.

Tasting notes. Rich, golden color. Traditional bittersweet cider-apple aroma with orchard fruit and floral notes. Palate initially slightly sweet, then mouth-filling and full bodied. Complex array of fruit flavors balanced by gorgeous soft tannins, producing a bone dry finish.

Very long aftertaste, a true sign of a classic cider of the highest quality. An ideal partner for highly flavored meat dishes, especially duck confit and exotic food from Asia and North African with a hint of sweetness.

Tasting notes. Rich, dark golden color. Traditional bittersweet cider-apple aroma with floral notes and dried fruit. Full bodied, with a balancing refreshing acidity and long finish. Pairs exceptionally well with lighter meats, cheeses and desserts which are not too sweet.
